L Band

A dual normaling type video jack does not meet the necessary level of isolation required for patching L Band service. Additionally, L Band service carries too much power for normaling contacts and terminating resistors. The best solution is non-terminated single jacks with looping plugs or insulated bulkhead BNC panels. AVP E-Series 20G, AVP W-Series 12G or AVP Midsize 3G single video jacks with looping plugs for normaling, will all provide good results for your L-Band patching requirements. See our full description here.
